Only 5% Make Money From Home

When learning how to make money from home, there are few things you must take into consideration. Like how much money do you want to invest? or how much time are you going to have to put towards this venture or business? Now when I first got started online I did my research on which opportunity to join. I quickly noticed they were all the same.

And by this I mean, you have a website and you get people infront of it. I know, your thinking that I make it sound so easy. WELL it is. FACT 1 - 95% of online and offline business fail because people dont know how to market successfully. The 5% that do know how, make all the money.

Take McDonalds for example, they have a terrible product (which has become better, just my opinion) but there is not a person in the civilized world that doesnt know the name. Advertising is so powerful, that the *big dogs* are willing to pay $1,000,000 for 30 sec. of air time during the super bowl. What about Visa, there are better credit cards, lower interest rates, better rewards packages, yet they are #1. How about Coke, they introduced Coke II to bring people back into the original Coke when sales were sliding. Now, they are pretty much untouchable. If it was not for marketing another product they made,(which was gross if you dont remember, many think it was the same soda) Pepsi surely would have taken over #1.

So, dont spend another penny on MLM or network marketing or clickbank until you learn how to market.

I get this question all the time. * Rick, Ive lost money in 9 other oportunities, why will I have different results with your biz* Now this is a valid question, and of course this person always thinks they were scammed. Now sometimes they were scamed, in fact, I wouldnt buy anything online without knowing who I am doing business with. Any hoo, my reply is basically, *I am going to teach you how to market a business and grow it. Not teach you how to sell, let the websites do that.*

If you try to sell anything, your going to chase everyone away. Nobody likes salespersons, everyone hates being sold! Now its not that they are bad people, but the best sales personel are the ones who say little, tell you only what you need to hear. I am not a salesperson, but I am a closer, big difference.

Anyways, learn to market, learn learn learn, no excuses,

let the websites and emails do the selling and telling, and I guarantee you will have more people chasing you, and fewer people hangin up on you. Let me use this wonderful example to help explain a little more, maybe you can use it when talking to someone. Let them know where you read it though.

***Lets say you have 100 people looking to buy a big screen TV, the nice ones, the best one, maybe $3000, and they all go to Best Buy. Do you think all 100 of them are going to buy the TV. No, of course not, maybe 5-10 of them will. So what happens to the other 90. They buy one down the road at the competition. OR they decide its too much money right, go save up, and come back, YES come back and buy it in a month or two. ( So if you stick around long enough in 1 business, you will find this happens often.) AND a few of the 100 people run into a salesperson, get freaked out and run away to never buy another TV again. Trauma!

Making money online is a simple business. I dont care what your selling, chocolates, candles or some other junk nobody wants. E-books, fake vacations, how to videos, whatever it is.

You get a website, this website does the selling, the emails do the telling for those who make it past the website. You, are the marketer, you just simply get targeted traffic infront of this selling website, then take the order. If you try to sell it, you will fail. Therefore, dont join a business that has the product YOU think is the best, join the business that has the best marketing techniques, the most training seminars. The place where the most money can be made, and let the websites to the selling and telling. This truly is a very simple business, whether its a $5 one or a $50,000 one.
